Scotty's First Day

You are woken up by the loud whistle of the train you are in. Your name is Scotty Sampson, and you are on pins and needles about starting the third grade at this new school you're attending. You had a lot of fun during the summer, hanging out with all of your friends, and though it is tough saying goodbye to them, you are excited about this new boarding school you're going to. Your Mom and Dad seemed very proud when you got that acceptance letter, even though they've never heard of the school before. They're probably happy about the fact that all of your expenses are paid for at this prestigious school.

The train comes to a stop and you exit your room, your suitcase rolling besides you as you follow the other students to the main hall. The school is massive with it's clean white buildings and green luscious fields. You are lead to your room by an adult who works there. It's a nice sized room, with a couch and TV in the middle. To one side is a small kitchen while on the opposite side is a bunk bed and a door leading to the bathroom. Your roommate isn't there yet but their bags are on the bottom bunk, so you'll just have to take the top. You'd like to meet your roommate but you don't want to be late for class. What is your first subject?
