Treasure of the swamp.

Swamps are dangerous places- poor sight quality, lack of clean water and predatory creatures are just some of the threats present here. Yet, against all odds, some people made these places their home. Some were just common farmers, or people looking for a second chance. Others, however, had a more peculiar plan in mind.

The swamps have often been the hiding places for eccentrics- scientists, inventors, self-proclaimed witches, even so-called warlocks (commanders of the unholy, in their words). It was their work that has led to untold trouble, horrors that are both mundane and yet ungodly horrid- mass deaths, ecological degradation, loss of sanity and even a few... non-categorized oddities. It is one such oddity that is the focus of our story. The question is, what is that oddity?
