With her mental age now well below her physical age, Blake was way more susceptible to the diaper's magic. So, with her mind and therefore her soul and aura being younger than her body, the diaper started a new process. It first took control of Blake's bodily hormones (with it already controlling her other bodily functions with her now unaware mind being unable to notice anything wrong anymore), and it gave the message to start reversing Blake's physical growth beyond her current mental age. Blake's aura also started to return to it's minimal and locked state since the mind and soul were technically younger and therefore weaker and untrained.
The magic of the diaper had a sense of humor however. It used those same hormones to cause Blake's breasts to lactate and leak milk which drew Blake's attention due to her being closer to being a young cat faunus and the desire for milk that comes with it. While letting out pleased mewing like a kitten, Blake proceeded suck out each of her 'boobies' milk contents which was in actuality kickstarting the youthening of her body. As sucked and sucked, she didn't notice as she got smaller and smaller, her muscles and well formed curves melting away like ice cream. She didn't notice even as she finally reached being a flat chested 10 year old, the feelings of being satisfied by the milk overwhelmed her senses as she continued to shrink further to a truly chubby and adorable little catgirl the age of 5. She mewls and sighs with satisfaction as she falls asleep in her now much larger cum soaked bunk bed and clothes that she would not be able to fit nor be appropriate to wear for many years yet.
