It was a a normal day at the office, but that was Apollo's problem.
He would take on -- or try to, at least -- cases, but due to his stature, people often thought he was just a kid, despite being as good as Phoenix, even by the prosecution's account. People would ask for the legendary lawyer himself, and were disappointed when he had another case or wasn't in, and got Apollo instead. Some were even fine with Athena instead of him, which irked him further.
Being 5'5 wasn't too much a difference to Phoenix's 5'9, but it was noticeable, and Athena was only an inch below Apollo!
Between Phoenix Wright the legendary lawyer and the spunky Athena, Apollo seemed overshadowed by at least Phoenix. He thought that if he was taller, people wouldn't think he was just a "kid" or Phoenix's "assistant" or "apprentice".
He headed back home without getting a case. Guess who did get one?
He didn't even bother getting undressed, too busy and nervous thinking about his "problem". He didn't even notice his bracelet was getting tighter.
It also developed a faint glow for some reason, which continued even after he fell asleep.
