The swapping device

Josh was asked to guard a valuable piece of technology for his wife today when he was called into work as there was an accident at the back and they needed all employees to come into work. His wife had told him not to leave the device alone under any circumstances so he was left with little choice but to bring it in.

While he was helping clean up he entrusted the device to Liam, Josh knew he wasn't the most trustworthy person but he was better guarding an experimental device than cleaning up the back.

Liam looked at the device curiously and saw a few buttons, Wanting to know what they did he pressed the buttons the device hummed before exploding swapping everyone's ________
