Josh had come over with an ulterior motive. He needed a date to the dance as he couldn't go alone. The problem was that he didn't trust that a girl wouldn't just go with him because of his money. Josh thought of a devious plan then, he would turn you into his date. If he hypnotized you he could turn you into his dream girl. You trusted him whuch made it easier and it would be easier to hide after the dance. He had to decide if he should hypnotize you alone or persuade one of your sisters to help.
