"We need to get you off campus immediately, Mr Harrison." Firmly, Rachel said. "Get up, there is not much time before-"
"Before what?" Standing, you demanded.
"Your body is switching genders!" Urgently, Susan said. "Unless you want to be a student here, move!"
You screamed seeing that two orbs had begun to grow onto your chest and ran behind the two school prefects as they lead you to the front gates. Only, just as you were being pushed through, someone pulled you back. It was mom! "What are you trying to do to my son?!" Annoyed, she demanded.
Rachel sighed, seeing a skirt form where your jeans were. "I am sorry, Ms Harrison." Evenly, she said. "The visitor bracelet you gave your... daughter was defective."
Mom's eyes grew wide as she turned to you and sighed. "Oh dear..."
"We tried to get him off campus before the magic could take hold." Sadly, Sarah added. "However..."
"It seems as if I have goofed." Wincing, mom said. "Sorry, John. You have a tough choice to make now."
"What's that?" Worried, you asked.
"You can either enroll here for the year and learn magic where you can return home a boy, if you wish after graduation." To your shock, she said. "Or you can come back home and start your new life as my teenage daughter and learn magic with the rest of the family."
"There's no way to change me back into a boy now?" Panicked, you asked.
Rachel sadly shook her head. "I'm afraid not." Honestly, she replied. "The magic that transformed you mistook you for a trespasser because the bracelet was defective."
"I'm going to get the lecture of my life for this... Lucy." Wearily, mom said. "Still, you need to choose before I must choose for you."
Tears welled up in your eyes. You did not want to spend an entire school year as a girl but you did not want to spend the rest of your life as one either. With a sigh, you took the lesser of the two choices.
"I'll enroll." Glumly, you said. "Just don't expect me to like it."
Mom gave you a warm hug. "We'll go to administrations and explain what had happened." Kindly, she said. "I'm certain they will understand." Then she muttered, "Mom is going to kill me..."
"We'll go with you." Firmly, Rachel said. "This is as much our fault as it is yours, Ms Harrison."
Sarah nodded in agreement and the three lead you to administrations.
