Some back story: on the night that Voldermort came to the Potter's house he was stopped by James Potter at the cost of his life. Afterwards Lilly had moved in with her sister to protect her son from the Dark Lord's supporters. Harry had lived a some what better life than in the books with his mom alive but one time when he and his cousin were still young Lilly was babysitting Dudley she had discovered how hung he was and began a period where she would service him. This had continued for years as Harry grew up where Dudley got Lilly pregnant right at the time Harry first went to Hogwarts.
When Hermion had come to live with Harry for her protection she was astonished to find out that Lilly Potter was alive and that Harry had a five year old brother.
