The horse seems to have no interest in eating any of the straw around you, meaning it's probably its bedding. You breathe a hesitant sigh of relief. Being eaten might be out of the picture, but that horse tromping around in here is still a very likely way to go.
Sure enough, the horse starts to move right toward you! You balance along the stalk of straw as fast as you can, to the side of the stall and away from the house sized hooves rapidly approaching. You hop from one stalk to the other, and easily make it before the horse stops, stomping down where you were a few seconds before. You pause to catch your breath, and watch the horse drink from a blue metal bucket hanging next to the stall door. A little water spills over the side. Seeing the bulges travel down this massive creature's throat sends shivers down your spine.
After a solid minute of drinking, the horse lifts its head back up and turns around. Instead of walking anywhere, the horse promptly lays down, sending a powerful tremor through the ground. All you can see of it now is its gigantic rear end and white tail.
Actually, this presents an interesting idea: with the horse laying down like it is, climbing up it for safety would be really easy, in a manner of speaking. All you'd have to do is climb the side of a hoof and walk along its leg, or climb a hair of its tail like a rope. Both are pretty risky, given how easily anything can hurt or kill you, but that horses back is probably one of the safer places to be.
