Your dad comes running in breathing heavily from running.
"Are you ok?!" He asks your mom.
"Yes hun, I'm fine. Just a bump on my head".
Your dad starts looking around " where is Josh? I thought I heard him" your dad asks your mom. Your mom holds up her hand where your standing, "that thing did this to him!" she says pointing with her free hand towards the giant alien form laying on the floor. "Well can something in here fix him?"
He's asking your mom while searching around the area you are all standing.
Your mom seems to become panicked
"we can't be the only ones who saw this thing crash, someone else is probably on the way here right now! We can't let them find Josh!"
Your dad seems to understand and says " okay well lets get back to Skyler and Tricia, they'll be worried if we're not back soon"
While you are all walking, you ask your mom quietly "why didn't you tell dad about the powers the alien lady gave you?"
She shrugged and said "your dad doesn't need to know everything" then gives you a stern look and asks "you hear me?"
You can only utter a meek "yes mam"
"Good, now let's check on your sisters".
When you arrive back at camp your sisters are there talking about coming to find you all, Skyler looks up and sees you approaching first and yells "Mom, dad! We were so worried! What happened?!"
Your dad and mom calm them down and fill them in on everything that happened, excluding some "minor" details.
Your sisters seem to handle the news pretty well.
Tricia says "I knew there were aliens out there! This is so cool!" Skyler being the older more mature sister stays silent just staring at you, kind of gives you chills, but that could be because you are so tiny and it's quite cold out.
Your parents think you should all pack up and leave before anybody comes around asking questions.
