Welcome to Anthro Sumo League! Try to survive...
This choice: Other Fighter  •  Go Back...
Chapter #3

Other Fighter

    by: Unknown
Huntress
Species: Wooly Mammoth Anthro
Height: 20'
Appearance: Dark-red fur and long, tangled purple hair. Huntress wears a black top and loin cloth, leaving her massive belly exposed. Very fat, with a bulging stomach, but muscular arms and legs.
A cave woman from the dawn of time, this mammoth anthro was frozen in a block of ice only to be thawed out in present day. When asked who she was, she only ever responded, "Huntress," leaving it ambiguous if this is her name or her former role. The media surrounding her discovery was enormous, and the league wasted no time in signing her up. As a mighty warrior from her own time who was respected for her prowess, Huntress was more than happy to have a job where she could participate in grand battles once again. Even though she has to start in the Bronze League, most are confident she'll rise quickly through the ranks. Despite being hired to fight fellow anthros, Huntress bares them no ill-will. In fact, she considers every other anthro in the league as her friend. No matter how badly they treat her, she always naively assumes they're just joking or messing around. Huntress does have some trouble to adjusting to modern times, often confused by new technology and the current culture. Due to her lack of organizational skills, absent-mindedness, and oblivious awareness of present norms, her servant needs to act more as her handler, telling her when and where to train, and steer her towards matches. However, this is highly dangerous for humans as she lived in a time where humans (or "yummies" as she calls them) were nothing more than walking food, and she has not outgrown that mindset. It took the League a long time to teach her not to eat any fan or League higher-ups on sight. Servants like Marc, however? They neglected to tell her how to behave around them. She also has an embarrassing habit of snorting humans up her trunk, enjoying the way they tickle.

Raina
Species: Coyote Anthro
Height: 15'3''
Appearance: Bright golden-furred, blue-eyed, and pink-haired done up in a ponytail. Raina favors bright, colorful clothes.
Like Dominique, Raina is a fighter who possesses magical abilities. Merely some of the magic she's capable of includes transforming people's size or shape, altering memories, and even bestowing invincibility or immortality. This isn't known to the League at large however (with the exception of Dminique), and she doesn't use these abilities in the ring (or at least she claims she doesn't). How she became so powerful is unknown but she implies that she's a descendant of an actual trickster god, and has been around for a long, long time. Raina is a creature of impulse, and joined the League to cure her current boredom. She's been bounced around all three divisions, but for some reason holds no fear of actually being kicked out. Raina only acts for the sake of her own amusement, viewing everyone around her as a plaything instead of a person. Constantly cheerful, bubbling with laughter, and immature despite her centuries of life, Raina is definitely a trickster at heart who enjoys tormenting both her fellow fighters and her servants with hilarious pranks. Hilarious for her at any rate. While her fellow fighters are safe from lasting harm, for her servants, these pranks can range from humiliating to deadly. Raina delights in enlisting her servants to help her prank a fellow fighter, then sits back and watches the chaos unfold. Due to her vast magical powers, she can allow a servant to survive a normally lethal prank... provided she thinks her new "toy" is amusing enough to keep around for a while.
