Claire was your average 20 year old sorority
chick that had been lectured by her professors
many times.
Today Claire had had enough.
She was going to prank that Montana bitch or
find some dirt on her.
Claire snuck into the professors office and began
to rifle thru her desk.
The bottom drawer of Montana's desk was stacked
full of folders at first glance; as she begin pulling
them out, it becomes apparent that it has a
false bottom.
“BINGO” she whispered loudly thinking she’d
found some dirt.
She planted the stack of folders on the teachers desk
as she clears the drawer, finding a small hole in the
back of the drawer, used to pull up the panel.
Underneath the panel, there are several
heavy duty ziploc bags, some containing larger
devices, others seem more discreet.
She pulled out a bag, finding a handwritten label
in sharpie, it reads: E.M.I.T, she has no idea what it
could mean, and this one came with no
documentation.
She place it back in the drawer as she rummages
through the others.
After only a moment of rifling, she heard someone approaching the room. In a panic to get the room
back to normal, she grabbed the EMIT bag out
of the drawer and shoved it into her purse, rushing
the documents back into the drawer on top of the false bottom, just as she found it.
The lab had two doorways on the same wall,
she readied herself at the far door from the
approaching person, and timed opening it,
to when the other door was being opened,
slipping out undetected, it seemed.
Claire quickly rushes to the parking lot and
and gets in her car.
She then rushes home.
Once home Claire she’s the neighbors
4 year old daughter McKenzie playing in the yard.
The kid was cute but she had caused a couple of
problems for Claire when babysitting including
making things awkward with a prospective
boyfriend.
McKenzie had also been quite short for her age.
Claire decided McKenzie was as good a
guinea pig as any.
She took out the device labeled EMIT.
There was a knob turned to a plus sign
next to a lightning symbol.
“HNn whatever” said Claire.
She took aim and pulled the trigger.
What looked like a yellow bolt of lightning
fired from the device.
Claire quickly panicked but the bolt struck
McKenzie in her back and somehow seemingly
did nothing and in fact went unnoticed.
Claire looked around thankful the street seemed
desolate.
The device then beeped and she saw a
small display
“No charge! Please recharge”
Well that was that Claire had wasted the
only shot she seemed like she was gonna
get for now.
Now she could only wonder if it did anything.
As she pondered that a group of
bullies that often picked on McKenzie
came walking by.
4 boys and a girl ages 10 to 12
Their leader Mitch
Timmy, Adam, and Beth.
Claire was indifferent but stowed the device
away and watched what would happen.
The group approached.
“Well well if it isn’t little Mini McKenzie” started Mitch
“Aww isn’t that cute the baby is playing with
her dollies” taunted Beth.
“Aww is whiddle Mini McKenzie gonna cry”
said Adam.
Timmy snatched one of her dolls.
“Hey give it back” said McKenzie.
“Aww did I accidentally swipe your baby toy?”
McKenzie got up but Mitch wasn’t having it.
Mitch pulled her skirt down and pushed her
down revealing her pink pull up.
“Haa look the whiddle baby isn’t even
potty trained”
Claire knew better but watched.
“Am too! Mommy is just caught us sometimes”
They group laughs.
“Ha Ha the baby cant even speak properly”
In truth Claire knew that the pull up must’ve
meant McKenzie had one of her very rare
accidents from not making it in time to a toilet
she could reach and use.
McKenzie stood about to pull up her skirt
when Mitch stopped her.
“Un UN UN we didn’t say you could get up”
Mitch slaps her and knocks her down again
this time scrapping her knee.
“I think she needs punishment boys.”
Says Beth.
She picks up the rest of the dolls giving
one to each boy then they grin before snapping
each Barbie in two.
