The Island of a Single Wish

Victoria slowly opened her eyes and looked around. She was on a beach and in front of her was a jungle. She tried to remember what had happened. The memories came flooding back.
She was on a plane to Hawaii when all of a sudden, the engines failed. The plane went into a nose dive into the ocean. Victoria was thrown from her seat and landed in the water. She saw the island and swam for it. She saw that everyone else on the plane were dead, so she was alone. She reached the island shore when she passed out.
As the memories ended, she stood up to her full 6'2'' height. Victoria was not a normal person. She was a gorgon based on the Black Mamba snake. She was covered from head to toe in shiny, silver scales, and had Black Mamba snakes for hair along with black eyes. The inside of her mouth was inky black (which is how the Black Mamba gets it's name) and she had sharp front fangs. She had an hourglass figure, but she was bigger up top. She was wearing a blue tee-shirt that was ripped and black shorts.
As she looked around the island, which she guessed was fairly big, she realized something: she was both thirsty and starving. The swim from the plane wreck to the island drained her. She would have to try and find food soon.
Before she could start, however, something weird happened. The sand in front of her started shifting. As she watched it, she realized it was making words. When it was done, it read:
'Welcome to the Island of a Single Wish. Here, you may make one wish and one wish only. You may not take back your wish.'
Victoria was surprised. Wishes shouldn't be real. Then again, she was a gorgon, so she believed anything. She could wish for anything. But as she thought, her thirst got to her. She looked down at her breasts, then had an idea. She said her wish.
"I wish my breasts would grow and fill with milk."
When the wish left her mouth, she had a realization: she could have used her wish to get off the island. As she cursed herself for being stupid, a warmth came over her. Her wish was being granted. Suddenly, she felt her breasts begin to grow. She could also feel them filling up. Eventually, they reached the size of...
