Hot Sauce

Okay, here's my option for the hot sauce path.

The Pernicious Pepper- In this story, Antala is trying to create a super spicy chili for a cook off, but is stumped. She goes to a pepper patch in order to find the perfect pepper for her chili and comes across a blue pepper that glows like a sun and is just as hot. In order to determine the spiciness of the pepper, Antala adds it to her chili and taste tests the sauce. However, the heat from the pepper alone creates an almost literal fire in her belly that never goes out and gets bigger when combined with more sauce made from that insidious pepper.
