Option 1: Suddenly, all the older people across the world shrink and the babies never age past their toddler forms.

Option 2: Somehow, babies and toddlers begin to grow to Japanese monster heights and develop Kaiju like abilities.

Option 3: Suddenly, one baby makes a device that makes all babies gigantic.
