Amanda shapeshifts into somebody/something else

"Well it will have to another time" ,states Kyle, "you know I have that big presentation for the safety board tomorrow. The problem is the prototype isn't ready yet!"

Amanda could see the frustration in her husband's expression. "Is there anything I can do to help?"

"Only if you could figure out what's wrong with the crash test dummy prototype!"

"Well, what does it look like", asks Amanda. Before Kyle turns to answer her she begins to shift her body into a living crash test dummy.

"So most dummies are the same...," Kyle suddenly stops and looks at his wife, turned crash test dummy. "Well...umm...most of them look like...how you do right now. This is brilliant! We can work on this over the next hour, and then I can figure out what has been missing. Here let me show you some pictures of our model, and we can get to work."

Kyle, flipped open his laptop, and opened the pictures of the model, and then Amanda shifted herself into an exact replica. Then Kyle got to work, getting Amanda to shift various parts around. Eventually, Kyle had it...working together they had solved the problem. Now there was a problem, there was no way Kyle would be able to make the same modifications to the real model before the big presentation tomorrow. So now what? Could he ask Amanda to stay this way until after the meeting? What if she accidently said something during the test? No, if she was going to agree to this, she would d have to go all the way, and become an inanimate dummy. They would deal with how to change her back after. Amanda only had about 5 minutes left of shifting power, so he had to act quickly.
