3. Neku is a bit of a strange Delphox. While most of his species are content with being seers, he decided to use his abilities for something more important to him. He decided the stink tournament would be the perfect place, and though he was proved wrong on his opponent, he managed to become champion after a match with Buster the Lucario. He has evolved since then, and uses his even more powerful abilities to good use when fighting challengers.
6. Any special abilities
Magic Wand: Due to his species, Neku is equipped with a small stick that helps channel his powers. He often uses it for battle, such as flaming burps and farts, or perhaps as a hypnotism tool depending on his needs.
Robed bottom: The Delphox species is known for always wearing robes. While this is normally more dignified, Neku uses it to truly make his butt reek. His robe causes his butt to sweat more then any other part of him, making his butt deadly even without farts. And his dutch ovens have the strength to knock out most weaker Pokemon
Future Vision: Obviously, Neku can see the future. This has failed him before, but it is still normally reliable. This often means he'll know what his opponent will do and how to dodge it.
Psychic powers: Like all Psychic types, Neku comes equipped with mental abilities, making him strong at long range, and very good at dominating weaker willed opponents
Sexual content: Full sexual encounters are not allowed. Anything short of penetration is fair game.
Neku leaves the arena that the tourney is set at, smirking to himself after another victory. He walks out the doors to the lobby, knowing the crowds would be going soon after along with the other fighters. Beating the rush though would definitely be something he'd be glad at. As a champion, he can normally make his way through a crowd, but they're still not exactly something he enjoys getting caught in.
