This is not part of the story, this is me, Bangle, talking.
Regular readers/contributors may or may not have noticed that I have been updating this story over the last two days. I have added the maximum allowed 5 options to every single chapter and have deleted as many short "more options" style chapters that I reasonably could. As this story isn't popular, changes have been minimal, the story going from 85 chapters down to 79. Still, I would like to emphasize that very few chapters were truly "lost". Most of the reduction was simply compiling "options" chapters into each other. I will be implementing a new rule, or rather I will be updating an existing rule:
--From now on I will update all chapters posted without 5 branches to have 5 branches. If you have specific ideas for what you want the extra branches to be, please email me with a link to the chapter you posted and the options you would like added. If you do not do this within 24 hours, I will create the options myself. If you do not like the options I created, email me what changes you'd like me to make at any time and I will update the choices, assuming they haven't been taken.--
There will obviously be exemptions to this rule, such as when you are ending a particular storyline or if there really is no reasonable way to make more than a certain number of options (even with "Reader's choice"), but overall I hope to expand the freedom and possibilities people can take in my stories by providing more choices, while also reducing the guff people have to go through to reach content by eliminating as many repetitive "options" chapters as possible.
