Shrink down to have fun in the little cities.

He decided that while being big and massive is empowering, he actually wants to have fun as if he was a little bit smaller but still big, because he laughs in glee when he sees the people running away in fear and such. So, in an instant, he decided to shrink back down to somewhere around 200ft tall, to where he is more comparable to the other buildings. Also, with his god-like powers, he made his diaper reappear, clean and fresh right onto this butt and then he started to stomp towards his next city to cause a lot more mayhem. He then smiles and emits a Godzilla-like roar!
