He devours everything in sight.

Panic flooded the streets of New York as the tot strolled into the city, carelessly stepping on countless cars and people below him. His feet left craters almost twenty feet deep with each step he took, and compacted at the bottom of each footprint were countless tiny people who hadn't been able to avoid his tread.
This amused the boy, who had suddenly gained interest in a city bus sitting alongside one of the busy roads with its' hazard lights on. Crouching down to get a better look, his heavy diaper pressed people against the pavement as he picked up the bus. Now deciding to sit down, those who had been trapped with very little breathing room now found the tot's immense weight squishing the life out of them; they popped like little ants under his diaper-clad butt.
Bringing the bus up to his face, he watched a couple people jump from the doors of the bus and free-fall to their doom. He giggled as they splattered on the pavement. Examining his new toy, the giant kid held his thumbs over the front and rear doors, so that nobody else could escape. Not to mention the windows were much too tiny for any person to fit through. He had them trapped, and after realizing this he tore the roof off and tossed it into the side of a building. As if it was instinct, the boy plummeted his hand down into their squirming midst and raised a hand full of people up to his mouth and licked them. Grinning, he hummed as he quickly stuffed his face with the screaming captives, his teeth making quick work of their flesh and tearing them to shreds. Some unfortunate souls were swallowed alive, unharmed, and ultimately would suffer a much more painful death in the boy's acid-filled stomach.
Burping, the giant tot tossed the now-empty bus aside and giggled as it crushed several more fleeing people.
