Okay, here is a funny scneario that could work. Remember the babies from Rugrats? Well just think of them somehow during a play session, somehow a radioactive truck crashed into their home by accident and sprayed all of the Rugrats (including Tommy especially) with the radioactive toxic waste? Then they all grew to 200ft in height and develop superpowers? Just imagine the chaos that can spread from this one. Want to do this one.
