Professor Rebekah Montana always considered, though never hoped, such an accident would occur with her invention. She cursed everyday the funding regulations that prevented her from taking her work off campus security, and now that very lack of security has given birth to a busty offspring of fantasy and science. She struggles to speak to the awe inspiring, fear inviting figure rising from the ruins of her laboratory, "Wait! Please don't go anywhere!" Then in quieter admittance, "I am so sorry."
Susan smiles at the red headed doll by her feet, "Sorry for what! I've always wanted to be bigger!" Susan marvels over her size, bouncing you in her palm playfully and tapping her toes beside the professor. "Now I guess I am the biggest ever!" Her laugh booms forcefully, bombarding air particles with strong gust of breath.
Montana takes the megaphone from her mouth and whispers, "No, no," she swears, "damnit! I told them something like this would happen! They thought I could do it, but didn't want to think about the consequences should something go wrong!" She looks up at Susan in time to see tennis shoe larger than a truck swing by her shoulder. Hopping aside with a gasping shriek, Montana blares, "They'll think about it now that it's walking right at them!"
Gathering herself as Susan takes another freeing step from the ruins by her feet, Montana formulates her only option, "I have to use it. I have to." Montana pulls up the sleeve of her lab coat, revealing a small box strapped to her wrist. She removes the device from its belts and flips it over in her hand, a dial covering its face with a small red button in the corner, a small metal ball protruding from the top.
She passes her eyes from it to Susan and repeats. She catches sight of you held in Susan's hand more closely now, and you stare back to her for help. "I sure hope this works. It only has enough power to change someone for a brief time before reversing. If only I had perfected the power source in this one!" She ponders her possibilities, "If I shrink her, I might be able to save him, but she'll just enlarge again." Susan takes another long step away, her foot plodding down into the earth heavily. "Or perhaps I could enlarge myself! Then I could hold onto this girl and reduce her to normal with me!"  indicates the next chapter needs to be written. |
