This choice: Rebecca looks at a photo of Millenium items [Story arc around Millenium magic] • Go Back...Chapter #5Rebecca looks at a photo of Millenium items by: LeFrenchFox Rebecca saw a photo, probably made in the Ancient Egypt Museum, figuring the 7 Millenium relics.
She recognized the Millenium puzzle, the relic Yugi was always wearing around his neck.
Around the puzzle, there were the 6 other Millenium objects, the Eye, the Ring (that she saw once in Bakura's hands), the Rod, the Scale, the Key and the Necklace (which she knew Ishizu Ishtar had owned).
While she didn't actually saw all of them for real, she knew Yugi and his team encountered people possessing them.
She looked at the photo, remembering the story around them, the powerful relics made by Aknadin, the high priest of the Pharaoh Aknamkanon, very long time ago. All of them giving powerful abilities to whom would put their hands on them (if this person had the inner strength to handle it).
Ability to call the creepy Shadow Realms, but also abilities of reading someone's minds, controlling or even modeling it, abilities to see through peoples souls and sending them into the void if wanted...
Some of those items could also summoned monsters from the darkness and cast illusions to foul and trick people.
Rebecca, like many, had always wondered how such things could exist.
Magic was a real thing in this world, it couldn't be denied to whoever knew these items weren't just some old religious artifacts.
But it always puzzled the little blond-haired girl's mind.
How far could Magic went? Was it only about those specifics Millenium items? Were some powerful magics sleeping somewhere that could bend the reality itself?
Reasonably, she thought, if Magic was real, it might had expressed itself on other places or occasions in History.
And were there only 7 Millenium items built or were there some more that might have been forgotten?
It could be everywhere ... Solomon Muto found one of this rare items, then gave it to his son. Bakura got one too! And so did Ishizu...
Why didn't she own a Millenium item herself was one of the question she asked. After all, like Yugi, her own grandpa was an archeologist too... And a great one.
Why Solomon Muto was able to get his hands on the Millenium Puzzle while her grandfather didn't find anything alike, even though he searched through the ruins of Ancient Egypt way more than Yugi's grandfather ?
Maybe because of something relate to "destiny", she thought. That's what Yugi and some other people knowing the Millenium Items would have probably said.
Rebecca was really curious about these items and magic... But her thought were interrupted when a discreet white-haired boy entered the Game Shop and immediately engaged her. | Members who added to this interactive story also contributed to these: |
