She easily slips through

Haley went through the hole headfirst, she had some trouble with her breasts and bottom but in about a minute she had managed to squeeze through. "Ha! Now let's see you try to do that!" she called back.
Lisa got down on her stomach and started to squeeze through. She knew that this was going to be tough, but if Haley could make it she was confident that she could too. Her breasts slowed her down for a second, but they were smaller than Haley's so they weren't much of problem. The problem came when her butt started packing into the hole. Lisa pushed and wiggled but her progress kept getting slower and slower. She was determined not to let Haley beat her through the hole so she pushed with all her might...
