"Push me back"

"Emily push me back! I can't make it."
"What? Yes you can your almost there"
Lisa pushed again trying to wriggle forward, but it was too tight. "No I can't its too small. I'll have to find another way." She pushed back but still didn't move. "Emily-nrrgh-please I need help! I'm stuck!"
Emily could see that Lisa was serious, so she put her hands on her shoulders."Ok I'll get you out, don't worry!" She pushed back on Lisa's shoulders. Lisa shoved off the walls and tried to wiggle around as best she could. She was still barely moving.
"Ok one big push, as hard as you can, on three." Lisa said, "One, Two, Three!" They both pushed and with a slight pop! she was out. "Whew glad that's over!" Emily followed her down the stairs. "Are there any other ways out of here?"
Emily thought for a second...
