What other kind of reality distortion could have occurred in Adventure Bay?

Perhaps the change in reality has caused all of the pups of the PAW Patrol to swap clothes/wardrobes with Ryder; i.e. the pups now each wear a copy of Ryder's full human outfit, including his underwear and shoes, while Ryder will wear nothing but the pups collars and pup-tags (and also their mission clothes, when needed).

Or; maybe the distortion have given the pups the power to swap bodies with anyone and anything they want, with everyone thinking it is perfectly normal. (Although; if a pup decides to swap with an inanimate object, their normal body can't move until they swap back, as objects don't have a conciousness)
