In an alternate universe, netbattling is a revered sport, and winners often gained fame unlike any other, especially those in tournaments. In order to make netbattles fair for everyone rather than a game where the one with the most chips win, a rule was created so that netbattlers could only use 30 battle chips every battle. Unfortunately, cheaters often hid chips in their clothes which gave them an advantage. As a result, another rule was made so that netbattlers could only wear their underwear during a netbattle along with a belt that held their PETs and their 30 battlechips. This ensured that netbattles were fair.

After the battle with Gregar and Falzar, a burst from the destruction of the cybeasts caused a dimensional shift such that an unfortunate soul was now in this alternate reality. Who is our character?
