Well, it works in the movies right?

He tossed the small ball of paper into his mouth and sucked, then swallowed it. Yeuuch! OK... scratchy too. He winced a little but things settled. Yeah probably not one of his best ideas.

But he waited a while so his stomach could deal with it. He'd check that the commands still worked with the paper destroyed.
