Instead of a military base at the bottom of the hill, there was a large village, but these buildings weren't your modern concrete structures, but more of the traditional Japanese style buildings. You pull out your your radio, "Aaron, Henry, you two sit tight, we have a village below so me and Han are going to scout it out quickly" you say, "10-4" says Henry. You and Han slowly make your way down the hill and fins a large patch of foliage to stay hidden in while you scout the village.
The two of you pull out binoculars and starts checking out the village below, "its strange that these types of buildings are here still" whispers Han. "Yeah well-----whoa do you see that?" you say, before your eyes you see a figure exit one of the buildings, but this figure wasn't quite human it was bipedal in nature, but had brightly colored fur and a matching tail behind it and wore a traditional Japanese Kimono. You increase the zoom on the binoculars and see that the figure was some type of fox, you continue watching as another figure walks up to the fox, this one was some type of wolf, the two of them bowed to each other and then disappeared back into the building.
"This day just keeps getting weirder and weirder by the hour" you say, "you got that right" says Han.
