Elisabeth smiled at RJ, albeit it was an unnerving smile what with her huge hippopotamus teeth. RJ even stepped back as she bent to her level. "Why not come inside?" asked Elisabeth. "I'm not due to go in for a few hours." RJ simply smiled. "Sure," he said. "I have the day off after all."
As RJ walked in, he saw that Elisabeth's apartment was rather large. Made sense considering what type of anthro she was. RJ couldn't help but stare as Elisabeth's tail was shaking back and fourth on her monster sized booty. RJ looked around the apartment and saw that Elisabeth had quite an impressive sky garden at the side of her window and there was a shelf on the wall that depicted several glass creatures of myth, including a sphinx, a manticore and even a cockatrice. RJ then noticed a photograph on the shelf that appeared to depict Elisabeth on the beach with four other hippopotamus anthros that from the looks of it were her sisters. There was one blonde haired hippo woman wearing a pair of glasses and had gray skin. She was wearing a blue jacket. Next to her was an orange haired pink skinned hippo woman who appeared only slightly younger than Elisabeth and was wearing a yellow jacket. The last was a pale white skinned hippo girl with dark green hair and a green jacket.
"That's me and my sisters," said Elisabeth to RJ. "Cleopatra, Anastasia and Victoria." "Oh," said RJ. "I didn't know... uh, do they..." Elisabeth just smiles smugly before gesturing to RJ to join her for breakfast. Elisabeth then handed her human guest a plate stacked with pancakes. RJ saw that it was too tall for him to cut and Elisabeth put half of them on a second plate before she gave it to RJ. "Sorry," said Elisabeth as she ate several pancakes in one bite. "I forget that humans don't eat as much as anthros. Especially not hippos." RJ laughed and then started to eat his pancakes. As he did, he saw Elisabeth's mouth open wide and saw that she could very easily swallow him whole. Thankfully she said she normally doesn't eat humans.
"So, Elisabeth," said RJ. "I heard you were a cop from Zelda." Elisabeth smiled. "Most of my family is involved in rescue work. Cleopatra and Victoria work for the fire department while Anastasia is a nurse." RJ laughed as Elisabeth handed him some more pancakes. "But I'm curious as to know why there's a human in Furdale. Most humans in this city wind up in an anthro's belly within a week. What brings you here." "Well Elisabeth, I'm a programmer and a very good one. I was offered several jobs but took one at Tooth & Claw Gaming. Didn't think I'd wind up in an anthro town." Elisabeth lets out a laugh as RJ gets a good look at her. For a hippo, she was beautiful. That ex-boyfriend she digested must've been a complete idiot.
