After living a week like this two things had been changing a lot in the Littlest Pet Shop.

The first one was Russell, who even before this experience had been seen by some pets as "a bit chubby" but now the sings of him being overweight was very obviously in everyone else's eyes. His stomach and chest was now puffing out a couple of inches, and he looked like he had about 20 extra pounds on his frame. His limbs and head had also signs of extra weight, but nothing was as clear as how his Hawaiian shirt was sitting really tight around him.

The other thing that had changed drastically was the pet shop itself, or rather the playroom for the pets. Without Russell to look after everything things quickly became unorganized, and then a total mess. At first the other pets where just happy to get to do whatever they wanted, but after only a few days of having a hard time to find their favourite toys, and clean food and water bowls they weren't as happy anymore. They actually started to miss the way things where when Russell was in charge, and after a week like this they have had enough.

Feeling that they needed to talk to him the remaining six of the main pets went over to talk to Russell. He was still sleeping on his bean bag, and they could see how his big stomach was rising and lowering as he was breathing.

"Um, Hello Russell?" Pepper asked carefully, before Vinnie shouted "Hey! Russell dude!"

The other pets first thought Vinnie was being to loud, but Russell seemed to think it was nice enough wakeup call so they let that slide.

"Yes? What did you want?" Russell asked, rubbing his eyes.

"We came here to say that we regret asking you to change yourself." Vinnie said.

"And that without your organisations skills the whole pet shop have become a huge mess." Pepper added.

"But if I'm not mistaken you two where the one that said I should Let loose some and Become more fun. Russell said, making Pepper and Vinnie regret a bit what they had said earlier.

"But can you come back and make everything be put back in order again?" Pepper asked, having the rest of the pets backing her up pleading.

"I don't know, I kinda like living like this." Russell said and stretched his arms backwards, almost causing the buttons of his shirt to pop off.

"No please!" Pepper begged.

"No more fun Russell! Give us back the old Russell!" Vinnie plead.

"How can you get back old Russell..." Russell said while getting of his bean bag and walking up to them, "When he never left you in the first place!" He then said and ripped of his shirt and pulled out his clipboard and pencil from behind him.

"So wait, you just pretended to be fun Russell all this time?" Vinnie asked confused.

"Precisely my friend." Russell said calmly. "I knew that if I simply pretended to be this character during a long enough time, it would easier make you all understand just how much we actually need rules and orders to make a society like ours work." Russell was explaining, while the rest of the pets where getting bored by it.

"Let's say this instead." Vinnie interrupted. "If we all try to not make a mess of stuff we don't have to listen to Russell telling us all this. Does that sound good?" He asked, and had the other 5 pets agreeing with him.

As they went of to start cleaning up their own mess Russell just accepted the fact that they had all learnt their lesson in their own little way. "But in the big whole of it everything seems to be back at normal now..." Russell thought until a he heard a small "Bump". Looking down he saw that the sound was his clipboard hitting his fatted belly. "Oh, right. That." Russell thought as he realized he had still gained those extra pounds during his "lazy" week.

"No problems. No problems." He thought, "I can just lose these as quickly as I got them." but it wouldn't be as easy as he thought since...
