You hand over some money to the old man, who wraps your purchase in a cloth bag, smiling all the while.

“An excellent choice,” he tells you, handing you your parcel. You thank him, before very briskly making your way out of the store. Something about the place sets you on edge, and you’re relieved to hear the chime of the bell as you exit the store. Hefting your bag, examining your purchase, you have to wonder exactly what you plan on doing with it.
