The youma knew better than to ruin her good start by insulting the girl. No, she had to play on that pride of hers like a virtuoso.

Earning Usagi's trust was definitely a requirement if her other plans were going to work.

"Oh, that's no surprise at all. I heard Sailor Moon really took charge, and brought everyone together to put a stop to that thing.

Had it not been for her, I'm sure it would have been a disaster. She's so... reliable, you know?"

Usagi stared at the girl blankly, her cheeks turning pink, and the youma knew the girl was wrapped around her finger.

"Uh... r, right! Hehehe, she's the best!"

Usagi feigned her bashful reaction with a forced giggle, and then the youma moved in for the kill, whispering over to the happy-go-lucky blonde.

"Say, it's just the two of us, why don't we-..."
