Ruby started to push, which involved a lot of grunts and farts. "Hnngh! Get out here already you piece of shit!" Ruby smiled at her word play, when suddenly she gasped and said to herself, "Oh! Here it comes in 5...4...3...2...1...!" Frrrrr-BLART! The back of Ruby's diaper grew to around twice the size it was when she put it on, turned brown and sagged a little due to the large mass inside of it. "Ahh! All done! Now it's time..."
