Lisa wakes up with a huge belly, and so Marge takes her to see Dr. Hibbert. So once there Dr. Hibbert runs tests on Lisa, and is shocked to find out that somehow Lisa has too much estrogen in her system for an eight year old girl. So he then runs an ultrasound on Lisa and nearly faints when he sees that she pregnant with twins. So now the big question is how she got pregnant in the first and also how her estrogen levels got so high.

(b) Lisa found some pills in the master bedroom on her mom's night stand, and at a party got drunk and passed out.
(c) she was abducted by Roger Smith from American dad and giving to Steve Smith to practice making out, but it backfired.
