You hear a squeaking and stretching sound coming from where the spider was. You are worried its hurt and turn around.
It is clearly bigger then when you last looked. It stands about 2 feet tall. It is still growing. You are a bit nervous, at this size it could easily beat you if it wanted to. If it keeps growing like this it could do it by accident.
You imagine that it will just keep growing and growing. You picture it looming over you, your house, the city, the country, the whole planet, galaxies, universes. Will it ever stop?
When you pay attention to it again it is 3 feet tall.
"Did me thinking about it just make it grow faster," you think.
"Yes," says the spider "any time anyone thinks of me it makes me even bigger. But don't worry, since I am mostly made of thought it is impossible for me to hurt anyone or damage anything."
"So how big are you going to get," you ask
"A lot bigger than this, but beyond that you see when I get there," hints the spider.
