The head elf notices him not working

“Hey, elf!” the head elf said, “why is Willy noticing this elf not work? What is elf’s name?”
“Uh, Harry’s name is Harry,” Harry said.
“Then get to work Harry,” Willy ordered him, though Harry’s a strange name for female elf.”
Harry was about to respond, but he realized that he was actually a female. She felt like she should obey the order. She He then went to work as her mind changed, making her love to work as she was made into a loyal elf.
“There you are, Harry Potter, sir,” Dobby will transform you back into human.”
“Is Dobby confused? This elf’s name is Penny,” Harry now Penny said, “and what does Dobby mean that Penny was once a human? Penny was always a loyal elf.”
“Oh dear,” said Dobby.
