Harry aimed and fired the Big Jiggs Jinx twice in rapid succession towards Daphne Greengrass and Tracy Davis.
The jinx never hit them as someone else walked past totally by chance. Both jinx's hit the unsuspecting person.
The victim was Susan Bones.
Harry believed discretion was needed and quietly slipped away while chaos erupted behind him.

Susan felt two spells hit her in rapid succession. Before she could process it, she felt a massive pressure build in her chest. To her absolute surprise and horror her boobs began to grow.
Now it should be noted that Susan Bones was easily in the top five hogwarts females when it came to natural breast size.
But now they were growing even bigger. One of her uniform buttons popped off like a cork in a wine bottle and hit Oliver Rivers in the face knocking him out. Fabric was pulled, ripped and torn. Soon her upper body was completely exposed to her classmates. Her school robes from the waist up were in shreds. Only her yellow tie remained in any sort of decent condition. The weight soon began to become an issue and she was forced to lay on the ground. But still her boobs grew. They were now individually bigger than her head and were well on their ways to becoming the size of muggle Basketballs.
The hallway was filled with onlookers. Thankfully someone must have called the teachers because Professor Dumbeldore and Professor Sprout were soon on the scene.
It had only been five minutes since she was hit with the spell and her boobs were now the size of watermelons. Her nipples were extra sensitive and were also growing. They were now each roughly the size of a silver sickle.
Professor Dumbeldore waived his wand at her and must have wandlessly cast a stunner, because Susan's world went black.

Professor Dumbeldore looked over at Madam Pomphrey after getting miss Bones settled in the hospital wing.
"How long until you can begin the reversal?" Albus enquired.
"I'm still waiting on a couple of ingredients to treat Mrs. Granger. I've also admitted Miss Parkinson of Slytherin with the same symptoms just minutes before you arrived. Albus it could be weeks before Susan's, uhm, assets are turned back to normal. She was hit twice with the spell, and her natural assets are large to begin with. For Merlin's sake I haven't completely stopped the growing yet!"
"What can I do?" The headmaster enquired.
"Contact St. Mungo's for additional medical personal. I have three long term patients plus normal school ailments to deal with, on top of Quidditch season starting. And that's if no more girls come in with the jinx, or the male version isn't used."
"Consider it done." Albus said as he looked over at the sleeping red head. Madam Pomphrey was indeed correct. The boobs on the girl were now roughly the size of Professor Flitwick if you put the two boobs together. And even just looking for a few seconds he could tell that they were still growing, the ambient magic still amplifying and growing the gland that produced the female breast.
Albus Fredrick Dumbeldore was determined to get to the bottom of the attacks in his school. Whoever was violating these girls would pay.
