It's been two days since Daenerys arrived to Winterfell with Jon, but she couldn't get any good contact with anyone in there. In her quest to get back the Seven Kingdoms, that was the first time she wasn't able to make people to love her. But mostly, her problem is Sansa who has a better influence on the North people than Jon, now that he bent the knee to her.
As she was thinking in her room, she pulled off a small bottle that Melissandre gave her the first time they meet.

Tyrion wasn't sure that Jon is the kind of man to bend the knee to a Stranger, but he didn't try to argue and executed his Queen's orders. Everyone left the room except Melissandre, Missandai and Daenerys."
" Queen Daenerys. You should know that Jon Snow is someone you'll need by your side, and i hope he will. But i give you this."
The red woman gave a small bottle to the Queen.
" What is that ? "
" A shrinking potion. Hope you'll never have to use it. Jon Snow must live no matter what, and you two have no time to fight each other."

Daenerys didn't exactly know what the woman meant before, but now things were clear. And Jon Snow was now by her side, but for how long ? Sansa can manipulate him against her. The dragon Queen made her choice, she can't kill Jon's sister, but she can make her disappear.
" Lord Tyrion !" Daenerys called. Tyrion was behind the door with Greyworm and entered when he heard his name.
" Your grace ? "
"Please have a drink with Sansa, and put this in her glass " She gave him the bottle. Tyrion look confused and shocked.
" I give you my word, this is not a poison. This is not will even hurt her " The Queen said, comforting her Hand.
