They were over an inch in height.

Cersei reached down and with her hand sifted through the pile of clothes that belonged to the servant girl. She felt a squirming through the fabric and wrapped her fingers around the shrunken figure. She opened her hand and looked upon the shrunken girl, who was no more than 3 or 4 inches in height and stark naked. The tiny girl cowered and screamed in the palm of the Queen Regent, a reaction that made Cersei shiver with excitement and began a stirring in her loins.

"Well LITTLE girl", Cersei purred, "I bet this isn't what you expected when you were asked to serve at my little banquet here. Rest assured, regardless of this tiny setback, the party WILL go on." She laughed to the empty room and walked the short distance back to her seat at the head of the table.

She carried the girl and dropped her into an empty wine goblet on the table, the walls too tall and steep for her to ever climb out of. Cersei levelled her eye at the young woman in the glass and smiled. "Don't go anywhere now, I still have to check on the rest of our dinner guests, and I may need your services again if I get a bit peckish ha ha."

Cersei then stood back up and looked over the seemingly empty banquet hall. She let out a relaxed sigh and pulled the hem of her dress up slightly so she could see better around her feet. "Well, I'd better take a walk around the room to see how the rest of my dinner guests are faring!"
