Appearance wise;Phineas is a stereotypical old, scientist. Large bushy mustache, glasses, and a lab coat.

A psychic of considerable power, Bertram isn't to be taken lightly. Except when he is;Bertram isn't the most stable of characters, and whenever he commits a crime, he can switch between four personalities. One a genius professional, another a war-monger, another a paranoid fool,and the last a odd, but dangerous, goofball. Only a few people are exempt from his powers, Rubbermaid being one of them. Appearance wise; Bertram wears a covering lab-suit, his athletic body easily discernible to the world. A face-screen showing a brain covers his head, the color changing to each of his four personalities. Green for goof, red for war, yellow for paranoia,and blue for professional.
