MaLusious: Self proclaimed,"Sorceress of Might", MaLusious is an actual magic user,unlike Weather Warlock.Still the city doesn't believe her, thinking her as another nut-bag. Coming from the ancient past, MaLusious was freed from her prison by some hapless workers. MaLusious is barely even a shadow of her former self, and there isn't even enough magic in the air to revitalize herself. So now she is in a position where her enemies are perpetually stronger than her, and her on the defensive side of things.
A magical woman, she loves to torment Rubbermaid. Often using Tommy or others to play out her plans so that Rhonda wont have her guard up until its too late. She was the one who told Tommy how to turn Rhonda into a horse saddle, as well as providing him with the equipment to do it.
Her powers include the ability to enchant items, using the most obscure ingredients to make powerful artifacts. Which take a long period of time, compared to when she was at her peak. She can cast hundreds of confusion, misleading, or subterfuge spells. She lost most of her fighting spells, barring some that don't even compare to an "average" super's ability. She also has an enhanced physique, allowing her to stand her ground against other opponents.
Appearance wise; MaLusious is a armored, woman, her color palette being red and gold. Wears robes that have a bunch of obscure runes on it. Her face is covered in a gold mask, resembling an approximation of a female face.
