You look out the side door at the vast jungle below, "kind of looks like Vietnam down there huh?' says one of the pilots. You laugh, it really did feel like you were flying over Vietnam, you were even riding in a helicopter from that time period a, UH-1 Huey. "Yeah all thats missing is the music" joked the co-pilot, suddenly the Huey shook violently for a few seconds and then settled down, "everything ok up there?" you ask concerned. "Just some turbulence" says the pilot, you've experienced turbulence before and this was not turbulence, you look into the cockpit and it looked like the two pilots were wrestling with the controls, you notice the altimeter start to rapidly count down. Which you knew meant one thing: the helicopter was crashing, the last thing you remember before being knocked out was the pilot yelling to hold on and the sound of the first tree branches striking the hull.
You regain consciousness, as you look out you see that the helicopter was suspended by a combination of two trees and some vines, as you look down you see it was suspended across a fast flowing river below. "Good you're awake, get over here and free us" says the pilot, you look forward and see that he and the co-pilot were stuck in their seats, you step forward and suddenly the helicopter started to roll to the left, but stopped, "easy, you don't want to roll us into the river or we'll really be in trouble" says the co-pilot. You nod and slowly move toward the cockpit, just as you make it half way, the helicopter completely rolls to its left causing you to slide and crash into the closed, left side door. Luckily for you neither the door or helicopter fall into the river, you laugh and look at the pilot, "that was clo---" before you could finish the door that you were laying on broke off and sent you falling into the rapid river below.
You fight your way to the surface and the last thing you saw was the river carrying you away from the helicopter before you get sucked back under by the current. You again fight your way back to the surface and find the broken door floating next to you so you quickly grab onto it to keep yourself from going back under. You lay across the door tired from having to fight the current twice to stay afloat, after floating down river for what seemed like an hour the river starts to become calmer, you look over and see some type of beachhead. You swim your way over still using the door to float on in case the current trie to suck you under again, you climb onto the solid ground and lay there for a few seconds as you look back up river you can no longer see the downed Huey.
You check yourself for any injuries and find non, you check your gear to see if anything was broken, surprisingly you sit had your rifle and all your other gear. "Ok what to do now?" you ask yourself..........
