Colleen moves her face closer to you and squints her eyes. You finish wiping off your head and look up to two fingers coming toward you. By reflex you try to avoid them and run away. She catches you however and soon has you gripped between her two digits. You are lifted up in the air and brought to her face for a better look. Her gigantic eyes study you for a second and widen in surprise. "You're Sapphire Reaver's father! Neil!" she says when she recognizes you. "Hello Colleen." you say and give her a small wave. "What were you doing in my food? For that matter what were you doing in my house?" she asks a little accusingly. "Well..." you begin and proceed to explain your day. "So you you were stuck to my butt?" she asks after you finish. You nod and she sighs. "I guess it goes to show how dangerous it is for a human in these parts." You shrug and she sets you down on the table.
"How in the world have you stayed alive?" she asks. "Well I have my wife and daughter to look out for me." you tell her. "Well, that and luck I guess. Don't get me wrong though, I end up in these situations with Maggie quite a bit. Its kind of how we had Sapphire." Colleen laughs and gives your head a little scratch. "Wow you are lucky." she says. You chuckle and look up at the werewolf. "You know I'm actually glad we got to talk like this. I wasn't sure if you liked me." you admit. "Well I'll admit I sort of focused on your wife whenever we met with each other because she's a monster. I didn't mean to ever shut you out, you're a nice guy." she says. You smile a little at the compliment. "Although I have to say you taste awful." she adds. You both share a laugh and continue talking.
Later that night Colleen walks over and explains the situation. "Okay its a little late so we'll just wait until tomorrow to deal with you. I called your wife so she knows where you are." she tells you. You breathe a sigh of relief. "At least she doesn't have to worry." you say. Colleen picks you up and carries you to another room. You look around and see that its her bedroom. "I don't want you getting into any trouble so you'll sleep in here with me." she says. Then she gets into bed and places you on the bedside table. She also provides you with a cloth you can use to sleep on. "Now you sleep there and tomorrow we'll get you home." she says. With that she turns the lamp off and goes to sleep. You lay down on the cloth and drift off as well.
