Tsunade came out of the doors and looked quizically at Naruto and Konohamaru. "Naruto? Konohamaru? What are you two doing here?" Tsunade took the forms and looked them over. "You two have the flu, obviously, But what's this about bedwetting? And why are you two in the children's ward" Tsunade asked the boys
"Well, at first, Konohamaru started having bedwetting issues after Jiji died." Naruto explained. At this, Tsunade looked sympathetic, and could understand why that could happen to Konohamaru. "So I thought that he should wear diapers, and then I wore them to make him feel comfortable, and after that, we decided that we liked them and did some baby things in them." He explained to tsunade, who seemed to be understanding everything Naruto was saying.
"So when we came here, we thought that it would be like a dream come true if we got into this ward, so we faked our ages and here we are!" Konohamaru explained. Tsunade smiled a little thinking that what these boys were doing was adorable. Over her medical career, she has seen men and women do things like this, a few she even cared for, for a bit.
"Well, if you two want to act like babies, I'll treat you like babies." Tsunade said, which made Konohamaru and Naruto light up in glee. "Let me just get the beds ready and then we'll go over the rules." Tsunade left the room for a bit and came back with babyish sheets and plastic covers, in case they soak the bed. The sheets were white with teddy bears, blocks, and bottles printed all over the sheets. Tsunade, after she was done with the arrangements, walked over to the boys.
"Okay babies. Here are the rules;
1. You will address me as Mommy or Miss Tsunade
2. You will wear your diapers at all times and will have to use them.
3. If I am feeding you, must eat whatever I give you.
4. Bedtime for all babies is strictly at 8:00, no exceptions. If you need me, just say my name in the baby monitor, I'll come right to you.
5. You must speak like babies, meaning speaking with a lisp. So for example, 'Thank yous', 'Hewwo' and 'Hewlp" Are just a few of what you are able to say.
6. Never change yourselves, I'll will always be the one to change you, or one of my assistants.
7. I know what you boys like to think of me in the dark, so I will give you 'special rewards' if you're feeling hot and bothered by mommy.
8. Any failure to comply with the rules, you'll be spanked or humiliated by me. Any questions?
Naruto and Konohamaru shook their heads.
"Good now let's get you babies into some more appropriate attire." Tsunade came back with two___
