Buried Treasure?

As you made your way to the shrine, you suddenly see something on the ground that was near the building. It looks like a small mound of dirt that looks like something's buried there.

At first, you thought it was not that important, but your curiosity for whatever is in there has gotten the best of you. Well then, the whole surrounding location seems to be empty, so you guess that you got a whole lot of time to see what's under all of that soil. Honestly, this is pretty much a waste of time deep within your mind, who would go ahead and dig up some dirt pile that they found? Definitely not someone in a hurry for some spare clothes. But...then again, there might be something important there that could be useful for survival.

You slowly approach the dirt pile and take a good look at it. "There might be something there." You said and start to dig a bit.

What's under the pile?

You have the following choices:
