Chapter #4
Fed-up Saleslady
by: Unknown
“Now look here, young lady”, begins the suspicious saleslady, eyeing Jessica up and down, “You obviously walked in wearing your pretty lace and bows, and I don’t know why in the world a young girl like you would even want to dress up in something as innapropriate as that dress! Now, back in you go and change into your pretty Sunday school best, child, and just leave the dress on the hook. I’ll fold it and place it back on the rack.
“But I mean it! These aren’t my clothes!”, complained Jessica as the lady patted her backside in order to move her along into the dressing booth.
“Well, a $300 Versace dress isn’t yours either, dearie. Now be a good girl and let’s be done with all this silliness. Back into your pretty dress for me.”, and she closed the door behind Jessica.
Lacking any other way out, Jessica decides to put on the child’s dress long enough to try to track the real little girl who stole her identity, so she grumblingly obliges and strips out of the slinky red dress and begins putting on the satiny undies, stockings, gloves, and dress and bows, so that when she emerged, she was a perfectly pretty-looking, just-budding beauty of only 10-to-12 years old!
The saleslady looks up from a purchase on seeing Jessica come out in the childs dress and exclaims, “Oh, dearie! That is so perfectly you! Do you want me to reach your mommy and daddy for you? Do you know where they are? Are they here in the mall?”
