Well, sort of.
For one thing, he was much larger than the real Super Sugar Crisp Bear. He was about twice the height of the couch he was sitting on and as wide as an average-sized beanbag chair.
For another thing, he was a baby version of Super Sugar Crisp Bear, so he was wearing a diaper as well as the T-shirt and cape.
