Maybe the school functions like a sissy re-education school. This school would function as a co-ed school, where females are taught how to be mistresses, dominatrixes, or Governesses, whilst the men of the school are trained to be sissies. Many are trained to be toilet slaves, sissy babies, foot worshippers and other pathetic variants of sissy.
