Kingsley and his mother followed the river north as far as they could go. Eventually the river started to turn east near a few old trees.
Kingsley then went with his mother down a dirt path that headed north to a big meadow with a colourful tree in the middle of it.
When they got to the meadow Kingsley's mother said to Kingsley "stop and listen to me. I need you to wait here until I call you out to me". "what did we need to stop for mother ?" said Kingsley to his mother " we needed to stop because I don't know if its safe for us to go to the colourful tree" said his mother. She looked and listened to any slight movement in the meadow while she moved ever so slowly forward towards the tree in the middle of the meadow. When she got to the tree she looked around once more for any sign of danger she then called Kingsley to come out of hiding. Kingsley then skipped and jumped to his mother waiting by the tree for him. when he got there she showed him all the different colours of the tree. "can you see the colours of the leafs Kingsley" said Kingsley's mother " yes I can mother. Can you see the red leafs mother" said Kingsley to his mother "no I can't see the red ones. I am colour blind you must be the one the great owl had predicted some time go" she then looked at her son with
